We represent unions that are subject to a variety of state and federal labor laws, including the National Labor Relations Act, the Ohio Public Employee Collective Bargaining Act, the federal employee Civil Service Reform Act and the Railway Labor Act. Unions represented by the firm operate in construction, health care, social services, public safety, education, entertainment, transportation, communications, manufacturing and public service. The firm represents unions and their members before administrative agencies and before the state and federal courts, as well as in all aspects of the collective bargaining process.
